Javier Hernandez Chicharito is such a sensation at Old Trafford that he has a new song written for him.

The creatively titled "Chico is the Man" is written by The World Red Army Ft Salsa star Choco Orta. The song is an original composition by Jose Feliciano with new lyrics by Will Robinson and Daniel Ryan.

Chico has so far scored seven goals in only eight starts and is living a Manchester United dream. No wonder, he has a song which depicts his journey from Mexico to Manchester.

Here's the original Chico is the Man song:

Chico Is The Man...Chico Is The Man!

Manchester United vs Wigan Athletic is the fixture today at Old Trafford. It’ll be a great opportunity for the home team to score goals and make their goal difference impressive in the League Table.

All the last five meetings between these two clubs at Old Trafford have resulted in wins for United. As a matter of fact, the Red Devils have won all 11 matches they have played against Wigan in all competitions scoring 35 goals and conceding just four.

Man United are the only team in the Premier League to stay unbeaten this season and today’s fixture doesn’t seem to change this statistic. With due respect to Wigan, I think it’ll be a great opportunity for United to have a goal feast today.

Here’s how the last 5 meetings between these two sides at OT fared:

United 5-0 Wigan - 30-12-2009
United 1-0 Wigan - 14-01-2009
United 4-0 Wigan - 06-10-2007
United 3-1 Wigan - 26-12-2006
United 4-0 Wigan - 14-12-2005

It was a treat to see United demolish Wigan the last time they came to Old Trafford. Here’s a video showing how we dominated the game.

I hope we beat the Latics today as well. That’ll surely boost the confidence of the lads who’ll travel to Glasgow to face Rangers in the Champions League on Nov 24th.

Chris Smalling is known as a promising defender who plays for Manchester United, but football isn’t the only sport he excels at.

During an interview with manutd.com, Smalling proved to be an all-rounder as he revealed his interests apart from football.

Here’s some Q & A with Chris Smalling.

What are your interests away from the pitch?
I like golf, although I’m not as good as some of the boys here. I’m a big tennis fan, too. I went to Wimbledon a few years ago and had a great day. I like table-tennis, too - there’s a competition between the lads and I’m ready for any challenger.

Have you any hidden talents?
I was a national judo champion when I was younger. I started when I was about six or seven and quit just before I joined Fulham. I’ve got medals somewhere.

Did you know when Smalling was nine years old; he had stopped playing football because he couldn’t settle at any football league academy. He then opted to continue his education when he again got a chance to play the game and since then his journey as a professional football player started.

Recently, Smalling was called up to the England senior squad for the first time for their friendly against France but he remained as an unused sub.

The lad is young and has a great future ahead and given his all-rounder status, he’ll surely be around for a long time. Good luck Chris!

Dimitar Berbatov seems to be heading for Turkey. The Old Trafford hitman has been linked with a move to Turkish side Fenerbahce during January.

The man who cost United a whooping £30.75 million seems to have failed to live up to his price tag. After two decent seasons with United, he started off this season with a bang. He scored six goals in the initial seven games and it seemed like he was finally getting his rhythm back.

His hat trick against Liverpool was one of the best performances that Berbatov has produced in the Red shirt. However, since then, he has simply been lost out. I sometimes feel that he plays well only when he’s paired with Wayne Rooney. He has been absolutely ineffective during the recent games when he has started alongside Chicharito.

According to the German 4-4-2 website, the Turkish giants are have prepared a €15 million offer for Berbatov. Fenerbahce are reportedly ready to offer the Bulgarian €5 million per year to lure him to Istanbul.

I think Sir Alex Ferguson will never offload Berbatov in the current situation. Rooney is not yet fully fit, Chicharito is scoring goals but he’s very young. He alongwith Macheda and Bebe lack the experience that will be required in the later stages of the Champions League as well as the Premier League.

What do you think? Will Fergie allow Berbatov to join Fenerbahce? Will €5 million per year change Berbatov’s heart?

It’s a Manchester derby tomorrow but yet the excitement has been saddened by the news that Man United legend Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is leaving Old Trafford.

The 37-year-old, played 366 games for United, and is most notably remembered as the man who won the Champions League for the Red Devils in 1999.

He was forced to call time on his playing career in 2007 with a long-standing knee injury. Ever since, he was in-charge of United’s reserves team and has done a fantastic job with the young lads.

Solskjaer will now be heading back home to Norway after agreeing to take the reins of Molde.
