Manchester United will receive a US$45,800 (£25,000) fine after picking up seven yellow cards at Chelsea on Sunday. Patrice Evra, Ronaldo, Rooney, Scholes, Neville, Ferdinand and Berbatov were the lucky ones to be cautioned by ref Mike Riley.
Sir Alex Ferguson was furious with the ref as he thought that there had not been a bad tackle in the game. And I completely agree with him. Rather Chelsea were provoking United players and their bloody coach – The Big Phil saying that Riley was right in all the decisions he made. One thing is for sure that Chelsea are BAD LOOSERS. They could not win the league for the past 2 years and lost to United in the champions league final. As a result, they were venting all their anger on the Red Devils. They have no respect for their colleagues and football. Chelsea sucks!
Apart from the players, even the fans are unprofessional as while leaving the bridge, a bottle was hurled from the pavement, cracking the windscreen of United’s carrier. Although no-one was injured, but this just shows how frustrated Chelsea are with United getting the upper hand last season.
