25-year old Brazilian midfielder Anderson has admitted he will have to leave Manchester United to save his career. Frustrated by a lack of first-team action under new boss David Moyes, he has been linked with a move in the January transfer window to Fulham.

Sir Alex Ferguson has signed a young Anderson from Porto for £17million six years ago. While Fergie continued to have faith in his talent and ability, but we never saw Anderson achieving his peak on a consistent basis. His contract expires in 2015 and Moyes would be happy to cash in on him in January.

Anderson spoke out his views saying, “Every player wants to play every game. I am the same. I am only 25 years old, but I cannot stay one more year and not play. I need to play. But you cannot demand to play, you have to be patient and when you get your chance you have to do well. The club have always been nice to me and I am happy here, but if I have to go eventually then I have to go."

It will be interesting to see which team offers an escape route to the Brazilian. I don't think he will leave United for a team like Fulham who haven't enjoyed a satisfactory season so far. Moreover, he would surely want to play for team that can promise him European football.
